Grand Villa has a unique state of the art Resident Care Technology that provides peace of mind by helping to ensure that care is provided, as needed. An added feature is the state of the art Medication Management, including medication ordering and delivery services by a preferred provider, which improves accuracy and timely medication delivery.

Our resort-style community encourages residents to relax and enjoy the many social and recreational activities we offer. Our Life Enrichment Coordinator makes sure our calendar is full of a wide variety of parties, classes, lectures, and excursions. Some of the most popular options include yoga, Bingo tournaments, and painting classes.

Residents live in comfortable, well-appointed apartments that range in size from studios to one bedroom apartments. We offer private residences, as well as companion apartments.

We searched all over Brevard County for a place from my mom probably visiting over 15 places and Grand Villa was by far the best we found for her! My mom was so excited to move in and she has instantly made new friends. There is something to do all day long with one fun activity after the other. Every resident is kind and sweet and the staff is more than helpful. The new management team is awesome. Rocco and Vinny are the best and we could not be happier with knowing my mom is in a clean, nice, secure environment with the most amazing views.
